What is your returns, credits and exchanges policy?

Our return policy?

We appreciate your business & hope that you are happy with the item(s) you have selected. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return within 30 days of the shipping date on your invoice for a refund.

  • We do not refund original shipping or return shipping charges.
  • Items returned must be unworn, in new condition and in original box. We recommend trying your new shoes on a carpeted floor to prevent scratching of the soles.
  • Please include a completed return form or packing list that was enclosed with your shipment.
  • Please download a prepaid return label from the link below. A $6.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund. You may choose to return purchase via another shipping method. Follow the return instructions included in your original shipment.
  • Return Label Printing
  • Once your product is received, the credit for the returned item(s) will be credited to your credit card. The availability of funds to your account may depend upon the amount of time it takes your bank to process the credit. This can often be up to three days.
  • We do not repair, replace or refund claims for merchandise not purchased on our website. Any claims must be handled with the store where the shoes were purchased in accordance with their store’s return & refund policy.

Exchange Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

Shoes may be exchanged for a different size, one time, within 30 days. Exchanges must be the same shoe/color, different size. The Return fee is not charged for Exchanges.

Please follow these steps for an exchange:

  1. Check our website for the new size you are requesting.
  2. Fill out the Return Form from your order and designate the New Size for the exchange.
  3. Print a Return Label and put it on the shipping box. Under the label in large letters print: ATTN: Customer Service. If this step is omitted, the return department will process your order as a return!
  4. When we receive your exchange, we will exchange your shoe and email you a new tracking number.

Please note: If your size is not available, a refund will be issued to your account.
